Nateq is an AI-powered customer service platform that provides omnichannel communication management, ticketing, knowledge base, workflow automation, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our platform are owned by NATEQ LLC or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to our platform.

Payment & Billing Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. We may change our pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NATEQ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Wyoming, USA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
